Key Message Manger Software
Key Message Manager is a software application for message mapping that is founded upon risk communication principles. This is the world's first and only risk communication message mapping software.
Key Message Manager is available as a single user or a multi-user network version.
The Single User version runs the application locally on an individual PC. The database is also stored locally and is not shared or accessible by other users.
The Multi-user or Network version runs the application locally on individual PCs. The database is stored on a server (in a shared folder) and is shared by all users running the application.
An Extended Service Agreement includes unlimited online and phone support during published business hours, free updates and version upgrades during agreement period. The agreement must be purchased within 90 days of product activation.

Can Key Message Manager be upgraded to a network version from a single user version?
Yes. However, if several single user databases exist that need to be merged into the sole server based database, IMS technical support should be consulted for merging these individual databases.
Can Key Message Manager data be shared on a WAN or over the Internet?
No. IMS is developing a web server based version of Key Message Manager to be run from the customer's designated web server. This version should be available in 2007.

Authentication of Use.
During the initiation execution of Key Message Manager, it will be authenticated with the Issues Management Solutions authentication server. Each workstation executing Key Message Manager will be authenticated. The authenticated workstations will be verified against the number of licenses purchases.

Issues Management Solutions and Key Message Manager does not gather or transmit any personal information, except that gather during the purchasing process. Name and address information is retained in our customer database for use by Issues Management Solutions only - it is not sold or shared with any other business, company, corporation, or agency.
